Permitted Uses

Prohibited Uses

• • Upload files containing malware, viruses, or harmful code

• • Distribute adult content, hate speech, or violent material

File Handling

• • Files are processed on secure servers and deleted within 24 hours
• • We do not access, view, or retain your file content
• • File processing is automated and not monitored by staff
• • You retain all rights to your original files

Usage Limits

• • Free users: 1 conversion per session
• • FREE tier: 3 conversions per month
• • PRO/TEAM tiers: 10 conversions per month
• • File size limits apply based on subscription tier

Payment Terms

• • Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance
• • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
• • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• • Failed payments may result in service suspension

Cancellation and Refunds

• • You may cancel your subscription at any time
• • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• • Refunds are provided for unused portions of annual subscriptions
• • No refunds for monthly subscriptions or partial months

Our Rights

• • ConvertAI owns all rights to the service, software, and technology
• • Our trademarks, logos, and branding are protected
• • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our software

Your Rights

• • You retain all rights to your original files
• • You own the converted files produced by our service
• • You grant us temporary rights to process your files

Service Availability: We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance and updates may cause temporary disruptions.

Conversion Quality: While we use professional-grade conversion tools, we cannot guarantee perfect quality for all file types and formats.

Data Loss: We are not responsible for data loss. Always maintain backups of important files.

Third-Party Content: We are not responsible for the content of files you upload or any copyright violations.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ConvertAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us.
